Please join us Saturday, August 31st at the Greenhouses communal table as we celebrate the end of summer and feast on its bounty. Together we’ll toast to the changing of the seasons as new friends gather and dine on a four-course seasonal menu curated especially for the Greenhouses Kitchen in Wallkill, NY.

With charred cabbage, topped with fresh mint
+ Chilled rocket Soup
Arugula, spinach, and cilantro in a rich vegetable broth, finished with salted creme fraiche
+ Deviled BBQ pork ribs
Berkshire/Tamworth breed pork from Amenia, NY, crusted with breadcrumbs and housemade mustard yogurt. Accompanied by roasted summer veggies
+ Rose water custard
Topped with fresh berries, crushed macadamia nut, and orange caramel drizzle
