Join us Saturday, July 20th at the Greenhouses communal table. Together we’ll toast to the warm summer nights as new friends gather and dine on a four-course seasonal menu curated especially for the Greenhouses Kitchen in Wallkill, NY.
+ Local bitter greens
Kale, charred cabbage, snap pea, and mint topped with anchovy vinaigrette and parmesan
+ Chilled rocket Soup
Arugula, spinach, and cilantro in a rich vegetable broth, topped with salted creme fraiche
+ Deviled BBQ pork belly
Local Tamworth breed pork belly crusted with breadcrumbs and housemade mustard yogurt. Accompanied by grilled summer veggies

Topped with fresh berries, crushed macadamia nut, and orange caramel drizzle
