Please join us on Saturday, December 7th at the Greenhouses communal table as we celebrate the joyous winter season. What better way to kick off the holidays than with a feast with new friends where we will dine on a four-course seasonal menu curated especially for the Greenhouses Kitchen in Wallkill, NY.
+ Wild Mushroom Pate
With browned butter, and blue corn sourdough
+ Roast Pumpkin Bisque
Fire-roasted pumpkins with yogurt whey, herb oil, pickled beet, and charred cabbage
+ Deviled BBQ Pork Belly
Local Tamworth breed pork belly crusted with sourdough breadcrumbs and housemade mustard yogurt
+ Charred Brussels
Roasted brussels sprouts, Housemade Honey Creme Fraiche
+ Cast Iron Cauliflower
Sweet Onion, Jalapeno, and Rosemary, drizzled with sumac browned butter sauce.
+ Creme Brulee
With crushed macadamia nut and orange zest brulee
