Please join us Saturday, May 4th to partake in a four-course open fire menu curated especially for The Glen Wilde. With spring in full bloom, we will gather amidst charming bungalows and enjoy a meal under the trees and stars. Everyone is invited to stay after dinner and visit around the bonfire for s’mores and conversation.
-Smoked scallop ceviche with charred seaweed
-Fennel consume with asparagus and scallion
-Open fire chicken asado with seasonal vegetables
-Fermented basil and lime sorbet
-Two specialty cocktails included; BYOB for wine and beer.
