About The Event
As we head into the first winter season of the 2020s, come take a break to warm up by the fire and join us for a communal dinner on January 18th. We will be serving a four-course seasonal menu curated especially for the Greenhouses Kitchen in Wallkill, NY.
+ Wild Mushroom Pate
With browned butter, and specialty sourdough
+ White Bean Stew
Slow-cooked white beans in a rich vegetable broth with cabbage and fennel, topped with a pickled hot chili creme fraiche
+ BBQ Short Ribs
Local grass-fed beef short ribs layered with spicy buffalo yogurt
+ Charred Carrot
Roasted carrots with honey and garlic confit
+ Fondant Potatoes
Sweet onion, and rosemary, drizzled with a buttery thyme lemon sauce
+ Creme Brulee
With crushed macadamia nut and orange zest brulee
+ 1 Specialty cocktail and wine pairing included
