Dinners begin with a cocktail, a toast to many friendships acquired from stories shared around the table. Flavors are inspired by ingredients from the menu and are expertly crafted to enhance each dish.
ON THE GRILL
Our menu is forged from a passion for open-fire cooking. The hand selected meat is locally sourced from NY farms and most of the produce is grown in house with the rest being seasonal, local and organic.
