Our menu is forged from a passion for open-fire cooking. The hand selected meat is locally sourced from NY farms and most of the produce is grown in house with the rest being seasonal, local and organic.
For as long as we can remember, cooking over open fire and experimenting with fresh local ingredients has been a creative outlet for us to express our appreciation for nature’s bounty while sharing it with others. Each memorable event brings to light new flavors of the season and dishes inspired by smoked meats, wood fired vegetables and a complimentary yet unexpected, layering of local ingredients hand crafted to enhance each unique dish.
