[smoke & smolder] is a unique, inclusive culinary experience. Each menu is thoughtfully curated using local organic ingredients, sustainably raised animals and in-house hydroponically grown produce. We invite you to join us for an evening of celebration and the sharing of ideas among new found friends.

The menu utilizes every tool in the kitchen to create unique flavor profiles and textures without gimmicks. Most of the menu includes items that have been fermented, smoked, cured, dried or barbecued. We even farm our own produce in-house – this takes a lot of planning in preparation for the event and for this reason, all seats are prepaid and non-refundable. You can, however, transfer your reservation to another party at any time if you are no longer able to join us.
